Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy:

 

Shipping: 

• We currently ship Pan India and have a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100. Orders Rs. 2000 and above are eligible for free shipping.
• Necessary precautions such as sanitisation and safety gear for our team are being taken care of at the time of packing all orders.

Delivery:

• Our office is located in Delhi, so please note that orders will take 5-10 business days for delivery.
• Pre-orders will take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We might face delays due to supply chain disruption and shortage of raw materials. 

Payment:

• Based on availability, in some regions our shipping partners are offering contactless payment options at your doorstop in case you have opted for COD but would like to use a digital payment mode at the time of delivery. This is entirely at the discretion of our shipping partners.

 Return & Exchange Policy: 

• We have a 5 days return/exchange policy once the order is delivered to you, please submit a return/exchange request within this time window.
• Returns & exchanges are only processed if the product is sent back in its original/unused condition and in the original shoe box packaging. 
• Exchanges requests should only be submitted if there are sizing issues - You can request a different size for the original product ordered by you. All other requests should be submitted as a return.
• Personalised items can not be returned/exchanged.
• Clearance sales items can not be returned. Size can be exchanged but subject to stock availability in required size. As an exception if item received as damaged then customer have to inform within 2 days of delivery for further action. 
• Return/Exchange order/refund processing time depends on in transit time of returned item(s) and it might take little longer from 5 to 10 business
• If our shipping partners are unable to facilitate a return pick up in certain areas, customers will have to find a local courier partner. In that case you will be inform via email by Misfit Panda Team.

Refund Policy:

• The original shipping charges of Rs. 100 will not be refunded.
• If you used a debit/credit card for the original purchase, the amount will be refunded to the same debit/credit card. However, if you purchased a product that is on saleusing a debit/credit card, the refund amount will be credited to you as a voucher that can be redeemed on the website within 12 months. The voucher details will be shared with you via e-mail.
• In the case of all COD orders, the refund amount will be credited to you as a voucher that can be redeemed on the website within 12 months. The voucher details will be shared with you via e-mail.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
